Ref: LP265-980 My client is a leading real estate company based in Dubai. An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to join their team in their Dubai operation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have a small team of Leasing Executives and Coordinators reporting to you. Although this is a senior management role, my client is looking for someone with a proven track record in either sales or leasing and most importantly, the successful applicant should be willing and able to be hands on throughout the complete sales cycle. Preferably a Degree Proven track record in sales or leasing in the real estate industry or serviced offices industry Strong UAE knowledge of the real estate market Strong hands on negotiation skills, proven track record Experienced in managing a small team Excellent communication skills.
