To continue on our growth trajectory in the Middle East, Manpower seeks a Business Manager to lead the internal Engineering & Construction division for our Head Office in Dubai. We are looking for a mature Business Manager who will develop and implement effective strategies to uplift team performance in line with budgets and forecasts. The Business Manager is required to generate gross profit for the company through their personal billing and by effectively managing and motivating a team of 3 consultants under their responsibility. She/he will have full Profit & Loss responsibility over the Engineering & Construction vertical. - Solid recruitment experience at senior consultant level as a minimum; - Minimum 2 years Recruitment experience within the Engineering / Oil & Gas / Construction vertical in the UAE; - Demonstrated experience developing and managing high performance teams, as well as managing gaps in performance; - High level of commercial acumen and organisational ability; - Demonstrated communication, persuasion and influencing skills; - Intermediate MS Excel and Word skills; - UAE driving license; Manpower is the global leader in contingent and permanent staffing, helping organizations and job seekers succeed by connecting the potential of people with the ambitions of business.
