Ref: KP651-466 Our client is currently looking for an Office Administrator to support the General Manager, Head of HR and Head of Finance with all administrative tasks as well as ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis. You must be available immediately and have your own car due to the location. Duties will include but are not limited to: Executive Support: o Handle all internal communication & coordinate between management & employees including announcements, social activities & bulletin boards o Manage daily calendar including scheduling of meetings and Tele Conferences and booking all travel arrangements for the GM, Head of HR, Head of Finance and incoming visitors/guests o Follow-up and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization o Prepare monthly reports & other slide decks or reports as required o Takes minutes of meetings and work in general with highly confidential information Office Management: o Maintain office efficiency: o Set up office equipment / stationary and manage office layout o Maintain the ‘look & feel’ of the office. o Plan and implement office guidelines o Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to o Maintain a safe and secure working environment Salary is AED 12-15k Requirements: o Ideally 2-3 years experience as a minimum working in a similar position. o Ideally fluent in Arabic and English (not essential) o Good attention to detail o The ability to multi task o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet search with the ability to learn new software applications o High degree of organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Miller Hay is a privately owned boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in providing clients with secretarial and professional office support staff.
