We are currently working with a large residential care provider  in Worthing who supports children and young people with challenging behaviour. The role will be incredibly challenging but at the same time incredibly rewarding. Our client aims to provide a nurturing environment with the goal of assisting young people through their daily challenges and helping them achieve their full potential. We are supporting this client across several sites in West Sussex ranging from Worthing through to Brighton. The client offers a competitive salary with excellent career progression as well as training opportunities to up skill yourself by providing a relevant NVQ 3 diploma in Children and Young People. To be considered for this position, you will ideally have some experience in a residential care setting. It is also essential that you are able to drive a manual car.
