Ref: NP991-36 Are you a Bio-Medical Engineer with experience in both maintenance and sales? We are looking to hire a bio-medical engineer to work in our Technology & Medical Equipment Department. Your role will be varied and will focus more on the Sales and Business side of the field than on maintenance. You will be involved from design initiation to the commissioning stage. You will be heavily involved in stakeholder and end user communications, supplier meetings, tenders and contract negotiation. Communication skills are key and you should be able to demonstrate clear, concise and assertive skills in this area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a project that involves the commissioning of three new state of the art hospitals and research center in the heart of Doha. Reporting to the Senior Bio-Medical Engineer you will be supported by a team of coordinators and work alongside a team of five bio-engineers who will work on different aspects of the project. Job Requirement To succeed in this role you will need to have experience in the following areas: 5 years involvement in bio-medical equipment maintenance/repairs or medical physics 2-3yrs supervisory experience in the field of bio-medical engineering/equipment At least 2-3 years additional experience working for a large bio-medical technology provider in a sales/demonstration or administration role You will also have the following qualifications and certificates: BSc / BEng in Electronics / Bio Medical Engineering or equivalent *Certificates of service training conducted by manufacturers What do we offer you in return?
