Ref: HP698-8214 * To lead the development and effective implementation of training requirements for all Automotive Division businesses/brands for Sales and non-technical After Sales ensuring the cultural needs of associates are accommodated. Covering the UAE and all overseas businesses. * Ensure all training delivered is business aligned and reflects, brand principal requirements, brand values and Customer Service Values * Provide measurable impact of training on Key Business Indicators * Recruit, develop and lead a team of competent trainers and curriculum developers who are fully immersed in the business and display division leading levels of associate engagement Minimum Experience: * Automotive retail Management, training delivery experience, project management, Customer service Job-Specific Skills: * Retail Sales and After Sales, Programme facilitation, Design, Blended learning, * Analytical skills, collaborative problem solving, high level of Computer literacy * Team management * Financialآ  reporting experience آ Behavioural Competencies : * Analysis and problem solving * Effective communication and consultation * Managing آ Senior management expectations and آ concerns * Effective leadership and team member engagement Established in the 1930's, the Al-Futtaim Group initially operated as a trading enterprise.
