Ref: HP324-424 We are looking for an experiencedآ and passionate Store Manager to join ourآ GAP store in theآ Landmark Mallآ inآ Doha, Qatar.آ Working with our store team you will beآ responsibleآ forآ excellent customer serviceآ through effectively managing the department team.آ Your responsibility will also beآ controlling and monitoringآ Store operations.آ This willآ include driving sales, merchandising and stock control in order to achieve the department targets. آ The ideal candidate will be aآ passionate and enthusiastic individual who wants to lead a team to be successful.آ آ آ A keen interest in fashion and trends is preferred and you should beآ able to recommend our products to our Customers. You should be able to communicate with colleagues, Managers and Customers alike.آ An excellent command of the English language is essential. An Arabic speaker wouldآ be an advantage. You should be well groomed andآ have excellent Customer Service skillsآ آ You should be able to show your experienceآ in achieving excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor. This will include experience in motivation, trainingآ and managing poor performance of staff and products. Ideally you will have a backgroundآ in analysing sales data and making commercially based decisions. A Customer service background is essential and you should be able to give examples of when youآ have dealtآ with Customer complaintsآ effectively. An understanding of Visual merchandising would be beneficial. آ You should have experience in managing stockloss and reducing shrinkage in store and be able to give examples of when you have done this in previous positions. آ آ آ High school qualification is required Established in 1979, Al Tayer Group is a privately-held, diversified company with operations in 12 countries in the Middle East and beyond.
