Ref: MP237-23 To provide sales & customer services to end consumers and to insure the monthly targets achievements. * Assures the achievement of agreed sales targets * Build and maintain good relations with customers. * Provide a high quality services to walk-in customers for new sales items or after sales support * Ensure Implementation of sales activities plus company policies and procedures in the Flagship * Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the sales trends and report it to Flagship supervisor. * Escalate the customer order and problem on Remedy system with problem description. * Receive the stock and cash from supervisor on daily basis. * Get the new information and update from supervisor. آ آ * Prepare a variety of status reports, including (orders, closings, follow-up ) to send it to supervisorآ * Submit all cash transaction on a daily basis to flagship supervisor * Archive all contract to send it to supervisorآ آ * Diploma in Sales, Marketing \ IT or Business Administration. * Fluency in speaking and writing English * Ability to use word processing software such as Microsoft Office. * Excellent Sales Skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent and effective communications skills, * Strong problem solving skills آ Zain is the newest player in the mobile telecommunication market of Saudi Arabia.
