Ref: MP734-07 Responsibilities:
1-Prepare all documents required for PRO’s to apply for labor, immigration, security passes, etc.
2-Link between HR requirements and PRO’s.
3-Maintains liaisons with government agencies like Traffic Department, Water and Electricity, Embassies, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economy, Municipalities, HAAD, for various transactions and requirements.
4-Safe handling of employee passports, labor cards (where applicable), labor contracts, etc.
5-Assists to employees in obtaining letters for Department of Immigration, Traffic Department embassies or any-government agencies.
6-Coordinates to Airport/Immigration Officials with regards on the exit procedures of an employee who has serious illness or health problems.
7-Coordinates MOL Inspection and reports to the Management and HR Department about the results.
Requirements:
1-Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent education.
2-Computer skills
3-Essential requirements for knowledge is using: Tasheel, e-dirham, Fawri, Attijari, card reader (electronic signature) & ministry of interior website.
4-Ability to communicate in English and Arabic.
5-Willingness to work in a flexible schedule.
6-Ability to maintain confidentiality of company files/information.
7-Years of Experience 1 to 3 years in a similar position in OIL & GAS Company.
