Ref: HP279-2157 A Multi-National Logistics business is currently looking for a Learning & Development Manager - MEA.
To improve Business performance through the production, delivery and evaluation of the entity’s training and development plan, in consultation with stakeholders and in support of the functional and HR strategies and guidelines.

Bi-lingual in Arabic and English languages (Proficient in spoken and written ability)
Eligibility to travel to ME and Africa countries and in specific, Saudi Arabic and Kuwait, in line with local country regulations
University/graduate level, preferably in an HR/Learning related area
Proven relevant work experience (see below)
Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent is preferred
Proven experience and knowledge in effective people development practices and the delivery of training
Effective leader and people manager
Proven track record of delivering results and achieving KPI’s
Production of written reports
Ability to coordinate training and development within a geographically determined area
Ability to organise and prioritise a busy workload
Ability to make business focused decisions
Ability to work under pressure
Thorough understanding of current People Development practices and thinking
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
Sound analytical, organisational, project management and planning skills
Commercial awareness
Good cross functional knowledge
Package: 25,000 AED/month + Schooling Allowance + Petrol Card + Utilities Allowance + Bonus + Medical
