Kentz is listed on the London Stock Exchange (symbol: KENZ) and is a member of the FTSE 25 We now have a requirement for a Project Engineering Manager, with a strong Electrical and Instrumentation background, based in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Manages multi-discipline engineers and designers for the development of project specifications, calculations, design basis documents, system studies and construction drawings.Provides direction and leadership within the project environment to groups of technical personnel.Ensures that project schedules and budgets are achieved as well as the technical accuracy of the work product.Coordinates with other leaders within the project to ensure that multi-discipline interfaces are properly addressed.Ensures that work is executed in accordance with approved work processes using standard tools which have been adopted by the Company.Is a lead contributor; may participate in development of project strategy.Anticipate customer needs to influence the development of innovative solutions.Anticipate internal/external business and regulatory issues; recommends process/product improvements.Develops and manages plans to achieve objectives.Manages resource requirements and business needs for projects.Develops relationships with key internal/external customers to identify emerging needs. Education and Skills Electrical Engineering DegreeMinimum 20+ years' experience.Background in Instrumentation (SCADA, DCS, etc.)Experience in oil and gas industry.Has developed depth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines.Has full understanding of the interdependencies of all disciplines.Can expedite information to meet tight schedules while assuring maturity of information to eliminate rework.Anticipates problems; develops innovative solutions and ensures solutions are consistent with organisational objectives.Presents highly complex ideas and anticipates potential objections; influences others from a diverse cultural background.Takes leadership role; acts as a facilitator and mentor.
