Ref: HP440-101 The candidate will be working with marketing team and will be an experienced professional with prior experience in product development, espceically data modelling and analysis, duties will further entail : Develop descriptive, predictive and optimization models to leverage existing customer information for ROI maximization. Implement advanced analytics techniques to maximize benefits from information assets and enhance revenue generation. Develop programs to enhance the quality of customer information in the source systems. Develop policies and procedures to ensure customer information is being captured effectively at all customer touch-points. Train marketing staff on the use of advanced analytical tools & techniques. Education background and skills Bachelors degree in Computer Science Mining Mandatory qualification - Bachelor Degree in Management Information System Candidates with Data Mining certified training will be given an added advantage. 4-5 manager years of experience in Data Mining/Analytics within the telecom environment.
