Ref: LP711-26 Work closely with the CEO to provide secretarial and administrative support Summarized • Act as first point of contact for the CEO, for people from inside and outside GCCIA • Assist the CEO Secretariat Executive in the preparation of reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance • Perform general CEO office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records and management database systems • File and retrieve GCCIA documents, records, and reports related to CEO • Make travel arrangements for CEO Job Requirements Educational Qualifications & Certifications • Diploma / certificate in secretarial studies or equivalent • Fluency in Arabic and English Experience Function specific experience • Secretariat Industry related experience • Power Transmission & Energy Trade is a plus Years of experience • 5 years of relevant experience Inspired by the principles and goals of the GCC and having the desire to realize that more cooperation and fostering the links between them in the areas of trade and services in power the formation of the Authority has been agreed upon.
