Ref: KP622-1611 Randstad Middle East has an excellent career opportunity for a Head of Customer Services to join one of the region’s leading Utility Services Companies. This is a newly created position with a remit to establish a proactive customer service department with a Customer First approach who will support all customers on Lusail city. Suitable candidates will have a strong Customer Services Help Desk Experience and will be able to demonstrate experience of Process Improvement, Managing Processes, Planning, Analysing Information and Developing Standards. Key Result Areas (Key Accountabilities) Prepare and develop a comprehensive customer service policy and procedures Lead staff recruitment and appraisals Manage a team of customer services staff Responsible for training of all new and existing customer service staff Prepare regular and annual reports for executive leadership team Prepare annual budget Reports to Operations & Maintenance director Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a Senior Customer Services Management role related to District Cooling Excellent management and coordination skills are essential Strong understanding of customer support technologies English / Arabic speaker is preferred Over 30 years of local industry experience.
