Ref: MP564-386 Responsible for Aftermarket revenue & margin targets for the region per business strategy. Prospecting for new customers and business in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer portfolio. Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating equipment capabilities on assigned products in assigned territory. Sales negotiation and deal closure at the customer, interfacing with all key buying influencers such as operations/maintenance managers, but also department heads and CXO level personnel Expected to sell point of sale service contracts, financing and drives margin though selling value and holding price Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Achieve annual and quarterly achievement of multiple aftermarket order and revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting, by prioritizing selling time to generate sales volume, achieve account penetration and complete territory coverage. Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs. Develop account penetration strategies for key target and competitive accounts and communicating current market intelligence back to the business, along with field concerns, issues and requirements. Providing leadership in market analysis and development/execution of strategies and action plans to drive aftermarket sales Coordinates spares and aftermarket sales through our sales rep/distributor network by establishing quotas and goals with representatives and distributors. Responsible for managing aftermarket exhibits in the distributor agreements ensuring targets and investment from channel partners in growing aftermarket business. Seeks out and researches quotes through established aftermarket sales channels and recommend the development of alternate sales channels to address growth needs. Strong business development and sales experience with focus on aftermarket sales & services. Prior experience in Technical Sales. Familiar with principles and practices of water and waste water treatment, and, filtration and disinfection Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering or Chemistry. 5-10 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 to 5 years sales or technical sales experience in the water and waste water industry, and managing a small team of sales people OR 5-15 years of sales or technical sales experience in power or oil & gas or heavy machinery industry.
