Ref: HP350-1214 A leading GCC based company, specialising in Green Energy is seeking to recruit an experience Executive/Personal Assistant to support the Marketing Manager and divisional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes - Diary management - Coordinate meetings - Travel management - Support Marketing Manager in all activities related to networking, meetings, PR, and documentation - Support the whole team in documentations. - Preparing letters, formatting and packaging of documents - Support in Tender preparation - Over time this will grow into a participating role, giving brief presentation of company and solutions To be considered for this role you will ideally have 2 – 5 years experience in a similar role, with high energy and career driven. You must have first class English skills; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage. You must be business focused and be able to work in a small team within a large network. You must process strong computer literacy skills The salary is offered up to 15,000 QAR per month depending on candidate suitability.
