Purpose of Role:
Plan, Develop, and Direct the marketing efforts with financial ownership
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Direction for the set Brand portfolio.
P&L co-responsibility
Conceptualization and execution of business objectives.
Ability to brief, communication, media & research agencies
Collaboration with Operations, Procurement, Business Development, Personnel, and finance with matters pertaining the Brand maintenance and development.
Monitoring the brand performance and providing analysis towards arising issues.
Lead a team of brand managers & graphic designer, research & PR managers.
Writing and disseminating periodic/Ad-Hoc sales and analysis/Recommendation to the involved stakeholders.
Ability to negotiate and maintain a good working relationship with External Suppliers/Distributers.
Lead efforts in NPD
Set/Run a variety of consumer and trade promotions
Experience in Media campaigns productions
Ability to position, extend and re launch of brands
Channel strategy, Category or Product performance by channel
5P’s by channel
Shopper insight, Retailer perspective
Competitive benchmarking
Trade spending strategy
Budget, Business Planning Process (contribute)
Document Key Shopper Facts, Understandings and future trends (Retail Environment/Category)

Person Profile Qualifications and Experience needed in order to complete the role
Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Mass Media, Marketing or General Management.
6-8+ Years Experience in a Brand Management & Customer Marketing function at an MNC/FMCG
Good understanding of the FMCG business.
Proficiency in MS Office, with Word, Excel and PowerPoint mastery.
Experience in GCC market is preferable.
