Coordinate implementation of staff development and capacity building plan. Coordinate the recruitment process of new staff, Prepareand processall national staff employment contracts, Facilitate adequate orientation process for all incoming employees; Maintain IRJ personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality. Improve HR practices to promote staff growth and development through proper performance management and capacity building initiatives. Work with the management to ensure performance appraisals are carried out for every staff after probationary period and once a year. Review current HR practices, and together with SMT develop and suggest new more appropriate ones. University degree from accredited university, preferably Master's Degree, Preferable professional certificate in HR. Minimum 5 years of increasingly experience non-governmental organizations Excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
