Business Development Consultant£16,000 - £20,000 plus Bonus & Benefits. Dependent upon experienceThe main focus of a Business Development Consultant is to sell Encore and the services we provide to companies that utilise the use of temporary contract labour in the Industrial marketplace. You will be ambitious, competitive, money motivated and hold a desire to over achieve targets set for you. With ongoing training and development both internally and externally, the main duties of a Business Development Consultant at Encore is as follows* Obtain maximum business levels by selling recruitment solutions over the telephone and face to face * Generate a good rapport with all clients.* Ensure customer satisfaction in after sales care calls and service review meetings.Encore Personnel is witnessing fantastic growth as we continue to expand both our branch networks and divisions.
