  Duties & Responsibilities:   ·          Provide technical and architectural leadership, coaching and develop performance of senior developers being assigned to the project.   ·          Liaise with Danish office team to ensure maintaining & further development of the ASP.NET solution, along with the direct provision of required level of organization, planning & quality control.   ·          Utilize ASP.NET and SQL expertise along with agile software development framework in order to design, develop and maintain the solution. The solution utilizes MSSQL as database server.   ·          Balance the usage of frameworks/proprietary code versus productivity and performance/scalability. In the current solution, DevExpress Framework is used extensively.   ·          Managing the test (regression testing, unit testing, systems test etc.), designing the test process and ensuring implementation of a good test practice within the team.     Required Qualifications & Skills:   ·   Bachelor Degree from a reputable university / institute. Preferably Computer Science, Commerce, Business Administration. Postgraduate studies / degrees are considered an asset. ·          5-8years of working experience with ASP.NET and web applications. ·          Excellent command of English language. ·          Excellent command of ASP.NET, Microsoft visual studio / TFS (Team Foundation Service), and C# programming language. ·          Very good knowledge & experience with MS SQL server, JavaScript programming language and the web technologies of XML, AJAX, DevExpress framework and web services. ·          Knowledge and / or experience in hosting with Azure and / or exposure to CRM system(s) are valued as assets. ·     High Leadership skills with team work spirit, with the ability to plan, organize and specify standards of control, while taking corrective action, in case of deviations. ·          Self motivated with high ability to motivate & coach others, whilst being acquainted to cope with rapid changes and challenges in the surrounding circumstances.  ·          Knowledge & / or Experience in the automotive industry is valued as an asset.
