YCC with difference –Local Support for international Brands (Oracle/Sun hardware, Oracle Database, Wincor-Nixdorf ATMs, Emerson, Symantec’s VERITAS, VMWare VI, Cisco, Chubb Safes) We are looking for Customer Support Engineer for Emerson A/C -UPS Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in A/C -UPS engineering • Good communication skill in English and Arabic Duties: • To take charge of maintenance and service of Emerson A/C -UPSs at customer sites in Yemen. • To take charge of installation of new Emerson A/C - UPSs whenever required to do so. • To be familiar with all aspects of Emerson A/C - UPSs products to provide efficient support services to the customers. • Follow instructions you receive from the Management of the company.
