Rashideen Egypt for Trade (RETC)Company is looking forTechnical supportLocations: MaadiRequirements: Qualifications • Bachelor degree in engineering or information systems. • 1 – 3 years’ experience in technical support. • Proper administrative knowledge of Windows operating system. • CCNA / MCSA /A+ / ITIL foundation. • Previous experience in SAP is preferred.Skills: • Strong communication skills • Solid analytical skills • Problem solving capabilities • Good command of both written and spoken EnglishGeneral Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot any hardware/software issues at users’ end. • Follow up on the daily operations with technical support team. • Communicate with concerned functions any technical issues/announcements • Manage the inventory of devices (i.e. printers, handhelds, PCs, scanners..etc) • Coordinate with other IT divisions the implementation of projects.
