Mandarin Catering is a local catering company equipped with highly qualified & trained professionals, dedicated to deliver high quality catering services Duties and responsibilities 1. Event Planning The catering manager is responsible for assisting in the planning of events for clients.. 2. Customer Service The catering manager should be available to clients at all times during their events. 3. Decorating The catering manager is responsible for the appearance of the catering hall before and during the event. 4. Menu Planning The catering manager should work with both his chef and the client to choose a proper menu.. 5. Scheduling The catering manager is responsible for the daily operations of his\her catering facility. 6. Vendor Relations The catering manager is responsible for ordering the food for the Company. . 7. To be aware and understand the company policy in respect of sourcing ingredients and ensure all Chefs and kitchen staff understands and employ these policies consistently. 8. To ensure the entire kitchen team are aware of their responsibilities in respect of health and safety in the work place and have the minimum qualification and training to work in the kitchen environment. 9. To undertake the regular audits of all areas within the kitchen and storage areas to ensure complete adherence to agreed policies. 10. Ensure that all equipments are working safely and compliant with manufactures guidelines for operation reporting any failures to the General Manager. 11. Related duties as assigned. Job skills & Qualifications 1. 5-7 years' experience in catering or hospitality 2. V. Good written and spoken English and Arabic language 3. vocational courses 4.
