Your Role and Responsibilities
The Industry Solution Representative is responsible for developing integrated industry-based solutions that address their client's business needs (both industry and business) and deliver client value while supporting IBM business strategies.The employee guides functional objectives or technologies. Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Ability to articulate business values to clients.
- Knowledge about local market, re-sellers , segment, offerings and competition.
- Ability to build relationships with CXO and different stack holders.
- Passion for selling and achieving results.
- Being persistent in positioning IBM as the market leader in his/ her territory.
- Being essentials to our business
- Can demonstrate IBM values and to apply IBM practices.
- Sales experience with high level of self-motivation.
- Communication skills.
- Working under pressure.
- Basic financial understandings (revenue, signing's, profit, ... etc).
- Pipeline management skills; and being able to make right assessments.
- Being a team player who can integrate IBM in front of clients.
- Knowledge about latest technology solutions and respective industries business value.
