VINIRMA Consulting is currently looking for SAP HCM Consultant for one of our client which is a leading Organization in Qatar with the following skill set and terms and conditions. Skill Set required: SAP HCM knowledge with 1 to 2 Years HCM Experience [OR]SAP Consultants with 2 Years of experience in any other SAP Module or Reporting and with a willingness to learn and switch to HCM areaAbility to guide client through HR processes (The consultants will be provided with the necessary training on the template).Proficiency in using excel / spreadsheet and able to assist with data validation and cleansingAbility to create change requests (CR) and high-level functional specifications.Able to act autonomously follow a plan and track tasks.Should be highly motivated and be willing to learn.Must be fluent in Oral & Written ArabicTeam playerHaving a HR background is a definite plus.
