lan and coordinate staff training programs within and without the organization. (b)Oversee the provisions of all staff services like recruitment, placement, induction, remuneration and separation. (c) Effectively plan and manage the HR departmental budget and ensure prudent purchasing and distribution of all staff essentials. (d)Maintain a healthy and clean staff working environment within the company at all times. (e) Manage and maintain proper and up to date staff records and ensure utmost confidentiality of personal staff matters at all times. (f)Effectively liaise with all relevant government and quasi government offices and institutions on all matters that relate to the proper administration of the company. (g) Constantly advice the line managers and management in general on staff management issues and ensure conflict if minimized or eradicated within the company. (h) Foster good employee relations and maintain discipline amongst the employees within the organization for mutual benefit. i) Maintain and establish proper staff appraisal and evaluation mechanisms to ensure staff productivity and realization of the organizational goals and objectives. j) Put in place a proper counseling and guidance mechanism to always help the employees in need of the same. k).Effectively and efficiently manage the staff welfare programs currently in place and continually improve on the same for mutual benefit. h)assisting in matching company need in compare with sudanese  labor law i)drafting memoranduim letter concerning company /staff need.
