Linked Business School – middle east IS HIRING “Telesales Agent” Job Description: • Make outbound B2C Calls and having a proven track record in getting meetings via phone. • Having a deep understanding of the importance of Sales role and maintain strong relationships with clients. • Generating and Qualifying leads through cold calls and managing tracking and following up these leads. • Understanding Customer requirements and update Customer information in database • Having a great self-controlling and handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation • Also Document calls feedbacks and scripts by taking a comments and notes.
