Kenana Sugar Company Subsidiaries are looking for proactive & energetic candidates who have the relevant educational background, competencies and experience to fill the following positions: Establishes and maintains a sound and leading business in the fattening and meat processing industry where stakeholder’s objectives are effectively and efficiently met or exceeded. 1. Creates a strong organization culture that encourages delivery, result orientation, discipline, cost consciousness, and team spirit. 2. Strategically position the Company in a marketing leadership position. 3. Ensures better utilization of Company resources, whether human or otherwise. 4. Responsible for inculcating the best management and technological business practices. 5. Develops and maintains Company current and future clientele base with high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Prepares and executes the annual business plans. 7. Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities relative to the job. · A Bachelor degree in Animal production or a related field. Preferably a PMP holder and MBA is a plus. · 15-20 years of experience in a similar capacity in a similar business. · Sound leadership qualities. · Track records in business results. Strategically position the Refinery in a marketing leadership position. 3. Ensures better utilization of Refinery resources, whether human or otherwise. 4. Responsible for inculcating the best management and technological business practices. 5. Develops and maintains the Refinery current and future clientele base with high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Prepares and executes the annual business plans. 7. Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities relative to the job. · A Bachelor degree in Animal production or a related field. To direct and control the project/company financial planning, accounting practices, investment portfolio, to ensure project/company is meeting budget, cost and quality. 1. Develop and implement financial Policies and Procedures. 2. Follow closely the fund status and development with the Fund Manager in Kenana Sugar Company. 3. Ensure efficient and effective management of resources in such a manner as to accomplish the objective of the master budget. 4. Set project finance and accounting strategy. 5. Develops the company’s Finance and Account Processes and Ensure it is deployed. 6. Perform any other ad-hoc responsibilities relative to the job. · University degree from creditable university in any relevant field. · CPA or ACCA is required. · 10-15 years work experience. · Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work, handle pressure and take day-to-day decision on the running of the company. · Ability to develop, monitor and maintain management information systems and procedures. · Ability to lead and to contribute to the team. · Understanding of equalities and diversity best practice and leadership. · Project management knowledge. Responsible of the implementation of all day to day HR processes of the company. 1. Recruitment administration – implements and administers the day to day recruitment activity for all company recruitment. 2. Absenteeism management – set leave plans in coordination with GM and Payroll and maintain leavers records. 3. Employee relations – ensure a high quality of HR service to all HR customers. Deal with any complaints regarding HR service from company staff or management. 4. Manage the Training & Development of company. Design and delivering. Training courses depending on the business needs and the career development scheme. 5. Implement the disciplinary policy and manage all disciplinary matters and regulations. · BSc in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Psychology (or equivalent). · Experience of managing HR professionals and at least 4-6 years of experience in HR management. · Computer Literate. · Understanding of best practice of all areas in HR. · Sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment laws. Responsible for providing high level administrative and services support to the Group Human Capital Director and staff reporting to him/her. 1. Assist in designing and participates in the discussion for the Kenana and its subsidiaries organizational structure. 2. Responsible for expert drawing and records keeping of the drafts and approved copies of the organizational charts of Kenana and its subsidiaries. 3. Assist and participation in developing human resources policy manuals. 4. Follow and updates copies of org charts and policy manuals. 5. Coordinates human resources activities across the group of companies. 6. Attending meetings to take notes and minutes. · Bachelor degree in business management from a reputable University. · 7 years experience in a similar position. · Excellent English language speaking, writing is a MUST. · Working knowledge of Computer but with high and professional command of Microsoft Visio. · Hard-working individual and can work under pressure. · Result – oriented.
