Search for Common Ground (SFCG) is a leading international conflict transformation and peacebuilding and NGO, dedicated to changing the way the world deals with conflict, away from adversarial approaches toward cooperative solutions. SFCG is implementing a project to enhancing migrants’ protection and integration through radio drama. It seeks highly qualified individuals for the following position:  Vacancy: Project Assistant  Duration: One year renewable  Key Responsibilities The Project Assistant is responsible for the following:  •    Provide assistance and support for the project in close coordination with the NPC and M&E Coordinator.  •    Assist in the documentation and implementation of SFCG activities. •    Assistance in Monitoring and Evaluation activities.    •    Assistance in the development of periodic reports. Main Tasks - Project Support including but not limited to: •    Follow up on outreach activities and ensure timely implementation in coordination with partners.  •    Accompany consultants and members of the technical team in field visits. •    Conduct travel arrangements. •    Assist in gathering of monitoring and performance data for the development of reports. •    Fill out the Monitoring and Evaluation forms and provide them to Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator. - Admin support for technical staff including but not limited to: •    Attend meetings with partners and take minutes. •    Type works as it is requested by the Technical staff such as training materials and letters to inform them about events. •    Maintain an accurate and complete filing system for project and office documents and correspondence. - Logistics support:  •    Arrange field visits for project staff and take care of travel arrangements, vehicle arrangements. •    Coordinate logistics for trainings and workshops’ activities.  •    Prepare logistics, including invitations, participants’ cards, desk signs, participants’ lists, attendance lists, invoices, per diem forms, taking photos, making copies needed for the training materials, certificates and filling up request forms for stationery needed. •    Distribute materials to participants such as handout, pens, brochures, and evaluation forms. •    Perform any other related duties as may be assigned.  Required Qualifications •    A university degree or equivalent certificate/diploma or similar qualification from a recognised establishment or equivalent experiences. Professional experience •    At least 1-3 years’ professional experience in a comparable position. Additional competences •    Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office and Excel) •    Good command of English and Arabic.  •    Willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed.
