Telemedia Company is hiring “Customer Service Agent” with the following requirements: • At least 6 months of experience in the same field. • Required English level: Good . • Ability to handle tough situations/ handle hard calls/ solve technical issues. • Very Good persuasion and communication skills. (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Benefits: – Net salary: 1500 LE + KPI’s. – Social & medical insurance. – Working days: 5 days (2 days off). – Working hours: 8 hours including break. – Rotational Shifts (Two shifts: 9 am-5 pm, 1 pm-9 pm).
