• Manage company recruitment needs for both blue and white collars• Post job posts for both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis• Filtering CVs from both internal and external recruitment sources on daily basis• Completing the screening sheet with the full data from the CV accurately• Adhering to the screening plan meeting the targeted number of candidates required for interviewing to meet recruitment targets• Conducting phone interview for screening purposes and inviting accepted candidates for interviewing• Reporting daily and weekly screening reports to HR manager• Communicates with internal employees to fill in referral sheet to collect data• Assist in preparing relevant Job Descriptions.• Conduct interviews• Administer Pre-Employment Tests.• Attend Employment Fairs; presents the organization to the applicants; screens the applications and builds the CV database (hard & soft copies).
