Support the system seller to drive Systems service-line opportunities within the territoryDevelop and maintain strong suppliers and client relationships with executives and key influencers, in the IT and line of business organizations,Demonstrate a high level of technical and business acumen and apply a thorough understanding of the client’s business, organization, strategy, financial position, and business issuesshould have a thorough understanding of the client’s industry, including industry trends, industry performance indicators and key client competitors in their industryShould Understand and apply IBM’s strategies and offerings for the Systems Service Line and IBM industry solutions to address the client’s business needsShould have the capability to Understand and navigate IBM to identify, acquire and coordinate the team of resources required to address client needs; lead the cross-functional team to develop the best solution for the clientEnsure overall client satisfaction for servicesShould have experience in at least one of the following areas: - Annuity services Sales - 2 Years- Systems (server, storage, NW) integration projects - 2/3 years - Managed Services/cloud (desired) - 2/3 Years- Should have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Engineering OR Skills:Environment:Professional knowledge related to incumbent's function/business unit and its processes.Communication/Negotiation:Advise other professionals. Effectively utilize group dynamics. Negotiate to define approaches and goals.Problem Solving:Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes.
