Office management (purchasing office and cleaning supplies, facility management and overall office maintenance) Supporting all other functions with the admin support requests, meetings and training arrangements, materials and printing preparations…etc. Interdepartmental coordination between departments for all projects Miscellanies secretarial work including, external and internal communication drafting, translation, submitting requests for quotations Acquiring new locations through communication and coordination between owners and company Responsible for managing the execution phase including construction work, purchasing process and delivery according to schedule Responsible for maintaining a scheduled check for all locations to ensure functionality of all branches Responsible for establishing and remote seasonal projects as they come up in coordination with operations, accounting and/or marketing department Job Requirements Excellent organization skills Excellent communication skills High sense of prioritization Multitasking personality Ability to learn fast Cheerful and willing to help people
