Using Mechanical Engineering background, design, identify and develop new products, product lines leading to new business opportunities. Facilitate incorporating new designs into the Industrial product line. May, on occasion work at customer location(s) to enhance or build prototypes. Responsible for creating concept design or using blueprints and testing, documenting until new product ideas are in production. This may include both international and domestic projects and assignments. Work with manufacturing engineering on value engineering initiatives to reduce product costs and/or improve performance designs. Making full workshop drawings of all Company's products. Capability of modify or develop to meet Company's machine capability. Checking the availability of manufacturing. Continuous development of product design and its manufacturing processes. Creativity and innovation persistence and drive to solve challenging problems and overcome obstacles. Making & Design samples for Company's new products. Reverse Engineering of Switch-gear products to prepare full documentation for all products. Standardization of Designs and optimization of mechanical components for developing manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and schematics. Confer with system engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information. Research and analyze customer specifications and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Create customized mechanical parts & assemblies for manufacturing. Job Requirements Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university (Production & Design is a must). Academic excellence is a plus 0 - 1 years of experience in mechanical design. Knowledge of Jigs/Fixtures designing, Material Selection, Manufacturing Process. Autodesk Inventor is preferred. Microsoft Office especially: Word, Excel. Good command with design programs such as (Inventor, Solid works, Autocad). 6th of October & Giza residents are highly preferred.	الشروط
