The role holder is responsible for managing and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, visual merchandising, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel in adherence to GMG norms. The job holder is also responsible for managing and coaching the store team. Educational Qualifications and Certificates • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Experience • A minimum of 5 -7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations Skills Language skills • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Hindi and/or Arabic skills in an added advantage Additional skills • Industry expertise • Product/Category knowledge • Customer Orientation • MS Office and Tools Established in 1978, by the Baker family who still own and manage the company today, Gulf Marketing Group is one of the Middle East’s leading, family owned companies.
