Job Title: Service Biomedical Engineer. Job Purpose Following Up of daily service processes of medical equipment, maintaining good customer relations and developing procedures to achieve customer satisfaction. Academic qualification BSc. in Biomedical Engineering Experience At least one year of experience in a medical equipment service preferably in dialysis machines service. Languages Fluent in Arabic and English. Job Description: 1-Plan and prioritize service activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims 2-Plan regular customer visits, periodic equipment check-ups, provide preventive maintenance and ensure the full functionality and safety of the department’s installation base. 3-Manage personal time and productivity 4-Install of medical equipment, function inspection and commissioning 5-Provide basic customer training 6-Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction 7-Log information on sales enquiries received, maintain detailed records [ Email ] 8-Respond to and follow up of Service calls 9-Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information 10-Perform periodic inventory checks 11-Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements 12-Develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills 13-Follow the standard operational procedures 14-Prepare regular field visits schedules for service activities 15-Study and follow up of medical equipment tenders 16-Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor Personal Profile 1-Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit 2-Committed and able to work under pressure 3-Able to see things from the other person's point of view and a team player 4-Knowledge sharing/continuous learning: Takes responsibility for personal learning and career development. 5-Flexible to travel. 6-Driving license & owns a car.
