We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Supervisor with 5 -10 years of sales experience covering our Diesel Compressors product segment in Egypt . We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong sales and sales management Skills based on results oriented deliverables. Experiences with industrial compressors, compressor aftermarket, Hydraulic and pneumatic breakers equipment are desirable. Key responsibilities include: 1. Manage and lead the sales team to achieve assigned sales goals and growth initiatives. 2. Design and/or implement sales programs and strategies in order to meet or exceed assigned goals. 3. Analyze market potential for new products and applications. 4. Manage and promote the company’s relations with assigned distribution and develop plans to promote growth. Skills: Qualifications • 5 - 10 years in Sales Management, including creation and execution of Sales Strategy. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or other related fields • Previous experience in a similar role in the field of construction equipment is a must. • Excellent interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and Power Point are required. •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Drive, strong work ethic and a passion for creating valuable customer experiences and strong relationships.
