We are looking for skilled staff with European experience for immediate start in a newly opened branch of a chain of hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The client is a large chain of hotels and restaurants. They are one of the recognised leaders in the industry across the globe. JOB TYPE: Permanent (full-time) SALARY AND BENEFITS: • Excellent tax free salary • Accommodation/ Housing allowance • Annual flights • End of service benefit • Medical insurance • Other benefits to be discussed during the interview • More than 2 years’ proven experience in a hotel/ restaurant in the European Region • Proven experience in the role • Knowledge of various procedures. • Ability to follow all instructions • Ability to work in a team • Good communication skills • Excellent physical condition and stamina • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage SKILLS: • Excellent communication skills. • People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas. • Planning and organising skills. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level.
