A Test and Commissioning manager is urgently required to join a major building project in Qatar. Adept Personnel are recruiting for a large multi-disciplinary international main contractor who have a proven track record delivering some of the world’s most iconic construction projects. Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable candidate to add value to their qualified team of professionals. This position is project based in Doha, Qatar. Management of installation, commissioning of electrical, power, systems, HVAC, plumbing, Fire Fighting and fire alarm, CCTV, PA/GA and Access Control. Review engineering drawings, P&ID and single line diagrams, RED line markup drawings. Develop MEP scope of work for different residential and industrial projects. Maintenance of DCS, BMS and SIS Systems and electrical power protection system. Supervise the commissioning team to carry out the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities as per systems and sub system boundaries and mark up drawings. Coordination with construction Team and subcontractors for executing MEP Commissioning and commissioning work. The successful candidate will have an MEP related engineering degree and will have experience of successfully testing and commissioning high value and complex building projects over the value of 500M USD. He / she will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working on similar projects (previous experience in Qatar would be a distinct advantage). You will have an active and direct personality that has been adequately trained with professional hands on experience. Experienced using Schneider Interface BMS System.
