1) Training Plan & Administration Liaise with Department Head, Project Directors and Managers to identify potential areas for training and development Prepare and implement annual training plan & budget based on training needs received through assessments, survey, business plan and Department/Project Heads/Managers Review and report training & development MIS Evaluate and Identify proficient external training service providers Develop internal subject matter experts and trainers Develop and implement Individual development plan and ‘On the job’ training programs Manage online learning management system 2) Training Design and Development Design and develop training material, online learning content and assessment tools Provide coaching to subject matter experts and internal trainers to design and develop content Liaise with external training service providers to customize training 3) Training Delivery Deliver behavioral, SME and HR related training Conduct Train the Trainer session to develop internal trainers Organize training sessions by internal and external trainers as per training plan and ensure they are in line with training goals 4) Training Evaluation Evaluate effectiveness of training and development programs Evaluate the training conducted by internal and external trainers to ensure quality Facilitate the evaluation of Individual development programs and ‘On the job’ training 5) Talent Development Identify and develop a pipeline of talent for succession, and leadership continuity MBA – HR or equivalent HR qualification is required Overall 8 years of experience in HR/Operations and minimum 4 years in Training & Development Training delivery/facilitation skills is required Experience in developing training content and assessments Expert skills in MS Office applications.
