الثلاثاء , 05 نوفمبر 2013 تاريخ أنتهاء الأعلان : الخميس , 05 ديسمبر 2013 • Responsibilities: • Develop a self driven, result oriented sales team • Provides strategic and operational direction for the sales team • Works closely with marketing and business development teams to meet the organization’s goals • Evaluates industry, market trends and competition strategies and recommend product positioning and pricing • Identifies new product and market opportunities and utilizes research to determine feasibility • Evaluates forecast and measures performance against plans • Continuously able to create new leads • Create and maintain account management plans, pipelines, and forecasts • Achieve revenue and customer satisfaction target as outlined. • Develops business plan for territory and target markets to meet or exceed sales, profitability and customer satisfaction objectives. • Executes tactical implementation of the business plan to meet objectives, including activities such as following up on sales leads, developing quotations, meeting with prospects, etc. • Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area • Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base • Servicing the needs of existing customers • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market • Setting sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole • Recruiting and training sales staff • Allocating areas to sales representatives • Developing sales strategies and setting targets • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets • Compiling and analysing sales figures • Possibly dealing with major customer accounts yourself • Collecting customer feedback and market research • Reporting to general manager • Keeping up to date with products and competitors المهارات المطلوبة : مبيعات تاريخ الالتحاق بالعمل : غير محدد دوام كامل الراتب الشهري : 1 مكان الوظيفه : متوسط عدد سنوات الخبرة : أكثر من سنتين مصر الجنس : غير محدد مصر الدرجة العلمية : غير محدد	الشروط
