External Envelope Manager - Dubai Our client is currently looking to recruit 2 x experienced external envelope managers on a large hotel, retail and mixed use project in Dubai. You will be responsible for coordination of all the external packages including, facades, curtain walling, ground works, roofing subcontractors, glaziers and utilities. You will manage and supervise both direct labor as well as external subcontractors in all aspects of the envelope construction. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful delivery of this high profile AED 2 billion project. You will be commercially aware, have strong understanding of design and experience of resolving logistical issues. You will need to have 15 years experience, be Degree Qualified and will have ideally working for a Tier 1 contractor on projects up to AED 1 billion in value. You will need to have had specific experience in managing external envelope packages on large construction projects.
