Under the guidance of the Country Director, the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator is to be responsible for the overall monitoring, review and evaluation of IR projects and programs in IR and to convey the relevant indicators and measures to assess the overall impact of these projects using the professional monitoring and evaluation approaches, techniques and reports based on the overall country strategy and program requirements Under the guidance of the project officer, the database officer will be responsible for managing the database and voucher reconciliation. Under the guidance of the Country Director, the Information Technology Officer will be responsible for maintaining the computer networks, providing technical support and advice to IRJ staff.
