The senior analyst has the primary responsibility to lead, coordinate and monitor analysis team. He also should be responsible and accountable for eliciting, analysing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of the project stakeholders, including customers and end users across multiple domains. He is also responsible about managing business processes. He leads the alignment between analysis team and business units/technical teams as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. A senior analyst is involved at some level throughout the entire system or software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specification and verifying the fulfilment of all requirements. ? Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems of equivalent from a reputed national / foreign educational institution. ? Certifications in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering or Business Processes will be an advantage. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: ? 3 to 6 years of experience in business analysis. ? Experience in leading analysis team ? Intensive experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices and the ability to apply them in practice; familiarity with requirements engineering books and resources ? Intensive experience in analyse, design, document, test business processes using different standards. ? Intensive experience in meeting customers and maintain good relationship with them. ?
