About the job:
The Retail Tenant Coordination team is looking to identify a night tenant coordinator to form part of the retail tenant corrdination division in Cairo Festival City. The role will act on behalf of the Landlord as his representative to coordinate Tenants designs & fitout and to monitor these are compliant with the Landlords specifications, design guidelines and lease requirements, so the Tenant opens on the required centre opening date.
About you:
To be considered for this position, you will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or in a similar specialisation. Previous experience in a similar role within a retail/shopping center development will be an added advantage. Understanding the construction process, and being able to read and interpret design and technical drawings will be preferred and required for these roles.
