WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff are looking for someone to lead a key global IT initiative regarding our internal directory and messaging services. The key objectives of the role are to;- • provide key solutions lead role for the global domain migration project • provide support and delivery for local Middle East infrastructure services and projects • perform tasks in compliance with corporate security programs and change management processes • provide global 3rd tier support for directory and messaging services • respond to all job failures, identify cause and resolve issues within predefined SLA’s • research and escalate more complex infrastructure issues to global technical teams and vendor’s support • work closely with the IT support team to provide an automated solutions for the common issues. How will know when you are successful in this role? • Deliver the company one domain project • Support the messaging and active directory environment • Support key ME infrastructure projects In order to be shortlisted for the role you will have the following;- • a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 10+ years of IT experience • a broad and diverse Microsoft based technical systems experience with MCSE certification • an in-depth knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange 2010 and higher • an in-depth knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining LYNC 2013 and higher • an in-depth knowledge and experience of Microsoft PowerShell scripting • have good experience with VMware vSphere 4 or higher • have knowledge of Image Creations and software deployment systems.(SCCM/MDT Experience Preferred) • have enterprise Backup/Restore Operations: 5 to 7 years (Symantec BackupExec/Veam Experience Preferred) • I have basic SAN & NAS storage knowledge We would like to speak with creative, positive, people focused individuals who are proactive and results-driven.
