Working closely with Operation Manager & Sales team. Oragnise and arrange Game Equipments & Fields as per bookings. Issue Items for Customers as per Game bookings Coordinate with other departments as per game bookings. Give briefing for players/ teams. Ensure safety of the customers. Make sure all is set for game as per time schedule. Handle customer grievances. Proven customer support experience. Strong communication skills. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Experience in Handling Group customers. Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively. Physical fitness. A leading sports club in UAE.
