We are looking for a Leasing Manager who will uphold our reputation and brand by delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must be dynamic, knowledgeable, aspiring and strive for a successful career within the real estate industry. Minimum two-years UAE managerial real estate experience is a must. Our Leasing Manager is expected to demonstrate commitment, integrity and an ability to work well within a team atmosphere Key Responsibilities: - Leasing manager must be proficient in overseeing day-to-day operations and the supervision and recruitment of the rental consultants - Work towards new business opportunities - Ensure that all members of the leasing force are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company’s revenue targets. - Conducts performance reviews on rental team on a monthly basis - Draft comprehensive quarterly marketing/leasing reports to Senior management Skills - Solid managerial skills - Outstanding oral and written communication attributes with the ability to close - Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive attributes Compensation - Basic Salary - Commission - Over-ride on achievement of targets - Full in-house marketing and advertising support - Professional designer and photographer to create all marketing requirement Key Responsibilities: - Leasing manager must be proficient in overseeing day-to-day operations and the supervision and recruitment of the rental consultants - Work towards new business opportunities - Ensure that all members of the leasing force are properly trained and motivated to achieve the company’s revenue targets. - Conducts performance reviews on rental team on a monthly basis - Draft comprehensive quarterly marketing/leasing reports to Senior management Skills - Solid managerial skills - Outstanding oral and written communication attributes with the ability to close - Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive attributes One of the leading real estate brokers in UAE.	الشروط
