Job Responsibility : Budgeted Sales Value & Profit ? Maximize volume and revenue in Key accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods. ? Devise sales strategy to maximize customer's share of wallet by up selling and cross-selling as appropriate. ? Set daily, weekly and monthly targets to bring focus into the sales cycle. ? Maintain and monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost. ? Maximize volume and revenue in Key accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods. ? Enter into long term contracts with Hotels and restaurants. ? Fostering strong relationships with major Hotel chains, Restaurants, catering companies across UAE ? Maintain and monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost. ? Represents the company in exhibits and trade shows and working with designers to help market the product and services. ? Liaise with Head Office to get competitive pricing and get better deals from Customers. Customer Management ? Meet potential customers/ new leads with Sales executives/buyers and obtain sales orders. ? Ensure clear and effective communication with the customers by Sales team. ? Develop Key account specific business plans and measure performance against set targets. ? Manage new leads and existing customers, pitching the expanding range of products. ? Plan monthly customers to target, communicating and guiding sales team. ? Expand existing customer base through innovative sales practices and networking with potential customers. ? Foster strong relationships with Major hotel and restaurant chains. Sales Team Management ? Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales review meetings. ? Observe the performance of sales executives personally in the field on a regular basis. Principal Accountability : • Achieves sales target and Channel development • New Business Developments • Expand Key Accounts Base and maintain good business relationship with their Key decision-makers like Purchasing Managers, General Managers and Partners. • Develop Business Plan and Sales Strategy, to achieve volume and revenue growth • Manage Sales Team and achieve sales through them by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. • Sourcing Market trends and providing Market intelligence to Team & top management BAC Middle East - the longest established professional recruitment consultancy in the UAE.
