Company: A leading system integrator company in UAE working on IT projects for the Abu Dhabi Government. Role: Experience with Q-System and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, System and device support,  coordinate support and tickets handle and follow up activity, generate required reports. Compensation: 13500 Dhs + Benefits Minimum Bachelors level degree in Computers/IT. Minimum 5 years of experience. Other relevant IT Certifications. Fluent in Arabic and English languages. Preference will be given to candidates based in Abu Dhabi currently. Excellent communication skills.
